Purchasers are responsible for the selection of the correct product and must apply their own skills and judgment in order to determine that such goods are suitable for purchasers' application.
Product Guarantee
Under the circumstances that a Starz Fabrication Product fails under normal usage in a manner that is unarguably due to the failure of a weld on said product, Starz Fabrication will replace the item. Starz Fabrication reserves the right to require products claiming warranty to be shipped to our facility for professional inspection, determining if the product is eligible for warranty replacement.
Returns Policy
All sales on StarzFabrication.com are final. We do not allow returns except for in the case that a customer receives a product with significant workmanship defects rendering it unusable. In these cases, we will exchange the product for another identical (Non-Damaged) Product, Or for store credit.
In the case of a return, you should expect to receive your replacement product or store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to receive your new product (3 to 5 business days) or be issued store credit (1 to 2 business days)
